Over 200 arrests occurred — how many court dockets were falsified or omitted RCMP involvement by Mathieu Castonguay #57914 and others?    

Overlooking and recording the exact location of False arrests. 

Used in The Emergencies ACT Inquiry submitted by Ottawa police, But only when NOTHING was happening. Where is the important footage and why am I being told from RCMP "Unable to locate"?
